Terms and Conditions

All shipments are F.O.B. VSO PRO AV, Fairfield, New Jersey. 

Any discrepancies between products, quantities invoiced and received must be brought to the
attention of a VSO PRO AV customer service representative immediately after receipt of

Promised delivery dates and shipping commitments will always be made in good faith. Every
reasonable effort will be made to meet these commitments. 

VSO PRO AV is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in transit. The recipient (consignee) must report damages immediately

Shipped merchandise is carefully packed in compliance with carrier requirements. All shipments should be unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies or damage must be reported to the carrier and VSO PRO AV at the time of delivery. 

Visible Loss or Damage – Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carrier’s receipt at the time of delivery and signed by the carrier’s agent. Failure to do this could result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. 

Concealed Loss or Damage – If damage is not discovered until shipment is unpacked; a request for inspection by the carrier’s agent should be made. A claim must be filed with the carrier and VSO PRO AV must be notified at the time of this discovery. 

Returned Merchandise 

We will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 30-day period.  After that period, you will have to work directly with the manufacturer for warranty service. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge and must be sent to VSO PRO AV, freight pre-paid. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from VSO PRO AV in advance. Please have ready the invoice number and/or original ship date as well as applicable serial numbers. The Return Authorization (RA) number must appear on the shipping label of the carton containing the returned goods. Return Authorization (RA) numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. VSO PRO AV will inspect returned merchandise upon receipt. Merchandise damaged or unsuitable for resale is subject to charges, in addition to any restocking fee.

Items that can not be returned include: software, units with contents or packaging that is damaged/missing, and items that are considered for personal use (such as earphones, headphones, microphones). Also, Items which we do not normally stock (i.e. "Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are non-returnable. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.
